J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall, a four-story, 60,000-square-foot building, offers 150 beds to students providing safe, convenient, and affordable housing next to campus. Designed to be more than just a place to live, the new facility aims to foster creativity, collaboration, and personal growth, serving as a hub where lifelong memories will be made.

The º£½ÇÉçÇø College Foundation has already experienced strong demand for housing, with its existing Foundation Hall maintaining 100% occupancy since opening in 2011. The addition of J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall is a welcome development that will help meet the growing needs of the college.
