Celebrating the successes of our alumni is one of the greatest joys we have—and today, we’re thrilled to spotlight an exceptional achievement. One of our own, Derek Berning, has been recognized with the distinguished DAISY Award, honoring his extraordinary compassion and dedication to patient care.

The ATCC Law Enforcement Club was recently recognized for stepping up in a moment of need and making a meaningful impact on a local Toys for Kids event. Their dedication and quick action earned praise from the Marine Corps League, Department of Minnesota.

º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College students successfully competed at state Collegiate DECA Competition.

Over the years, our Powersports program has produced many talented graduates—but every so often, a story comes along that reminds us exactly why we teach.

Four º£½ÇÉçÇø students claimed top honors at the annual 12-Hour Student Design Challenge, delivering a complete print branding package for the Pope County Humane Society — all in a single day.

These students raised an impressive $1,828 for this incredible cause.

Spring lecture series includes nine lectures on stress management, politics, history, design, social issues, and more, plus spoken word poetry from Carlos Andrés Gómez, a nationally-recognized speaker, author, and actor from New York. The season begins on March 24, with lectures held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:15 PM.

º£½ÇÉçÇø recently recognized several students who competed at the local SkillsUSA competitions. Students who received top awards are eligible to compete at the state competition in March.

Two ATCC instructors completed a semester-long cohort focused on creating more inclusive and accessible learning environments for all students.

By embedding civic engagement into our mission and providing opportunities for students to make a positive impact, learning extends well beyond the classroom, strengthening community connections while deepening students’ sense of place and purpose.
