Community leaders, donors, alumni, friends of the college, and past college presidents attended the event. The gala began with a social followed by a dinner catered by Pioneer Grill Catering and entertainment provided by musician Michael Shynes.

The º£½ÇÉçÇø College’s Foundation recognized the 2024 Philanthropists of the Year, Stuart and Evelyn Henrickson and Bell Bank who were honored for their continued support of the college.  

Special guest speakers of the night included Dr. Scott Olson, Chancellor of Minnesota State, Michael Seymour, President of º£½ÇÉçÇø College, and Abby Mumme, an º£½ÇÉçÇø Police Officer and 2021 Law Enforcement program graduate. 

Mumme shared her inspiring journey from a small-town girl with dreams of becoming a police officer. Mumme, now an officer with the º£½ÇÉçÇø Police Department, talked about how the support and education she received from º£½ÇÉçÇø College helped her achieve her dream of becoming a peace officer and helping her community.

º£½ÇÉçÇø College extends a large thank you to the generosity of the attendees. The funds raised will significantly enhance the Foundation’s ability to support students through scholarships and emergency funds, expand programs, and provide food and necessities in Jennie’s Cupboard.  

º£½ÇÉçÇø College Foundation extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported the Legends Gala. Together, we are creating a healthy college which in turn creates a healthy community.

The º£½ÇÉçÇø College Foundation looks forward to hosting the fifth annual Legends Gala on October 3, 2025.
