 HR Business Partner Ruth Dickey was awarded a Minnesota State 2025 HR All-Star Award, after being nominated by CHRO Jen Olson. Ruth received this award because she demonstrates consistent outstanding service on a day-to-day basis while performing a wide spectrum of HR functions in a manner which consistently exceeds the expectations for acceptable HR practice.

Ruth also received the Vice Chancellor Award for years of service and recognition of her upcoming retirement. Awards were presented to Ruth at the MinnState Spring HR Conference by Vice Chancellor Eric Davis. Congratulations, Ruth!
