º£½ÇÉçÇø College named Jeremy Scribner, IT department, as the 2024 Legendary Staff Person of the Year and Mark Meuwissen, accounting faculty, as the 2024 Legendary Educator of the Year during the college’s spring All Personnel meeting on April 25, 2024.

º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College has hired Dr. Sara Fier as its next Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs. Her first day will be July 8, 2024.

º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College Students from the Accounting, Business Management, and Marketing & Sales Management programs competed at the DECA International Career Development Conference, April 20-24, 2024, in Austin, TX.

The º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College Foundation and the º£½ÇÉçÇø Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Wednesday, August 7 at 3:00 pm, to celebrate the opening of J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall (1509 Jefferson Street, º£½ÇÉçÇø).

The SkillsUSA organization awarded Les Zimmerman, carpentry instructor at º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College, the 2024 SkillsUSA Friend of SkillsUSA Award during the 2024 SkillsUSA Minnesota State Championships in St. Paul, Minn., on April 13.

The first group of º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College Marine, Motorcycle, & Powersports Technician students completed the compact diesel training and certifications through Kubota TECH.

Students from º£½ÇÉçÇø Technical and Community College competed in the 2024 SkillsUSA Minnesota State Championships and claimed 27 first place, 25 second place, and 17 third place spots with 19 students advancing to the national competition in Atlanta, Georgia, June 24-29, 2024.
